These topics and more will be addressed by a distinguished panel of Guest Speakers, including:

John Garra, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP: Architect, Founder of Square One Architecture and Treasurer of the Ft. Lauderdale Chapter of the AIA. Through practice, professional associations and community service, he has led in green building design with a focus on designs that work in harmony with the natural surroundings. John has designed and certified many projects through LEED as well as other local green building rating systems and has partnered with the US Green Building Council in the development of the LEED Retail rating system. Holding a regular position on the executive board of the Ft. Lauderdale Chapter of the AIA has allowed him to bring sustainable design awareness to his peers.

Joining John in this discussion will be Anja Eckbo, Owner of Pizza Fusion Weillington; Michelle Alandete, Pizza Fusion's Store Development Manager; and Chris MacDonald, a Renewable Energy Account Manager with HyPower (the meeting's sponsor).
